CAPTAIN FAWCETT
The story goes..., explorer Captain Peabody Fawcett R.N Ret’d disappeared in 1905, never to be found, whilst on an expedition to locate the source of the Ubangi River. In 1997 an old battered locked trunk turned up amongst the contents of a house clearance sale and inside this old trunk was discovered "an exquisite dressing case" containing salves, unguents, and ointments. Papers inside the trunk revealed that these products were developed for Captain Fawcett's own personal use along with details of the precise ingredients used in the making of them. These ingredients have been meticulously reproduced to create some of the many beautiful shaving oils and balms available under the Captain Fawcett brand.
